TOUR ITENARARY

Day 01 : Bali/Jakarta/Semarang to Pangkalan Bun - Kumai - Camp Leakey Park.

Especially depart from Bali, you will receive our extra services of pick up from your hotel in the morning, transfer to the airport to catch your flight to Yogyakarta. Upon arrival in Yogyakarta direct drive to Semarang of central Java. Fly from Semarang to Pangkalan Bun with a small commercial flight service. Upon arrival at Pangkalan Bun Airport you will be picked up by our local staff transfer to Kumai aboard local boat for the park. The boat is a traditional Klotok wooden river boat about 12m by 2m with a roof which forms the upper deck where you can view the rain forest as it glides by. On the wayup stop at Tanjung Harapan Rehabilitation center for exceptive orangutan. If time permitted we will have an opportunity to see feeding time at 15.00. In the peaceful afternoon we will slowly explore the quite river by the klotok while observe the monkeys along the riverside. Dinner and overnight on the board (with simple mattress, pillow, fine meals, bottled "mineral" water, mosquito net, kitchen, simple toilet available on boat besides the familiar - helpful guides and boatmen or spend the night at the lodge near by the river).
